1) SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Shipping within Malaysia

• West Malaysia: RM7.00 — 1–3 working days after dispatch
• Sabah & Sarawak: RM15.00 — 3–7 working days after dispatch
• FREE for orders RM150 and above (all of Malaysia)

3. International shipping We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by the customer.

4. Tracking your order Use the tracking number in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
