Refund policy

1) EXCHANGE & REFUND

1. Size exchange within 7 days You can exchange your size within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• It is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• The tags are still attached and it is in the original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order number)

Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is sold out, you can choose another colour or get a full refund for that item.

2. How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp +60 10-838 5097 or email thehedwig76@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We will reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
3. Post the item to the address below. Items sent without approval will not be processed.

Return postage for size exchanges is paid by the customer. We will send your new size once we receive and check the item.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or give a full refund, and we cover all postage.

4. When refunds are given We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only given if:

• The item is damaged, defective or wrong and no replacement is available; or
• The size you want to exchange to is sold out.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Your bank may take extra time to show it.

5. Not eligible for exchange

• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged through use
• Items without tags or original packaging
